E45 is quite good. If they are very dry- baby oil.

Body Shop do an excellent rich moisture cream.

I must admit to confusion for a moment "I could try tia" I was thinking that inducing a TIA was a little extreme for dry skin.

Vaseline intensive care cream...

Sudocrem..

Sudocrem is a barrier cream, not a moisturiser. It can be quite drying. Cavilon is quite popular.
