Chips, lager, curries, cream cakes and pies in combination with a sedentary lifestyle ought to do it!
I can't think that you need to exercise.....fifty days is a while so follow Chill's advice and if that fails...which it shouldn't......I have seven spare ones you can have.

Carbs (bread, rice, pasta, grains etc...) and gaining some muscle (weighs more than fat), if you can may be a healthier way. Going for alcohol, fried, fatty, greasy food etc... won't do your body a lot of good, similarly drastically changing your diet, especially if not very healthy alternatives and overloading your system with certain things like loads of full fat dairy could have unpleasant side effects.
