Tongue

Please can anyone help me for the past few days my tongue has been I would say hurt but it is more like small cuts all over it when curling it in any way seems to feel well not right am at a loss I'm a 60 female type 2 diabetics , I would just like to know if anyone has this know what m talking about any help thank you.

Totally benign condition...very common....no known cause......no treatment necessary.....Forget it!

My tongue gets like that when I am run down. Some of the 'cuts' are quite sore but it usually goes away in a day or so.

It sounds like Geographical Thounge (sic) syndrome.

It can come and so but I don't know if there is a cure or not.
