have done since Sunday morning.

ho-hum, had a week of feeling like this last August but I shook myself off eventually.

Last August, couldn't even raise a smile. I hate feeling like this, am going to the doc's on Thursday.

I think it's just a reaction to things over the past few weeks.

No question really, it's just strange how one minute you think you're fine, then the next, you're not.

Big nugs from me too Albs xxx
Funny how it creeps up on you and then you aren't sure how you ever felt when you were happy - I guess everything you have been through recently would get the best of us down too, so don't feel that you can't feel low at times.
We are all here for you happy to chatter away and beat off the blues with a big stick if need be ;-) (whilst I'm at it, may I have your permission to hit Bernie with a big stick for all the slander about sheds and handcuffs he has created of late?)
Every day has it's challenges - be proud, be positive and don't let anyone think they are better than you - head up Albs, the world is yours xxx
alba, what you do in your own time behind the bike shed is your business x
Oops peas! What was I saying ...
well ms alba, im not sure what's going on at your place just now, but I do know that there are times in our lives when ' things' just go wrong. and maybe at times we manage and carry on, but sometimes everything becomes too much and our emotions plummet. and don't we feel guilty when we give in to these emotions. my advice ( for what its worth ) sleep. eat. be good to yourself, write a list of your feelings and present these to your doctor on Thursday. take care. anne
Sometime a change of scenery just a walk can help .Good luck hope you feel better soon .Some time just a though of happier time can lift the spirits
blimey i'm well in the dog house here !!
well said anne x

Anne, that was nice, thank you xx

Wee, I take the pooch for a wriggle every so often and I do smell the roses, so to speak, sometimes I can't appreciate their perfume.

Peas, I was thinking of you this morning, about your car boots, where on earth do you put them all?

Cuddlyone, I think Peas might just hit me with her stick now too!
lets pack our bags and leggit
Thanks Anne, sorry Alba, I didn't mean to butt in. Keep your chin up and great advice from re writing everything down for the doctor because I usually forget most things when I see mine xxx
do you want a cuddle pysbbs xx
;-) they all fit nicely in the shed of course, what else would I use one for? xx
I won't be hitting people with sticks really, but I hear it is good stress relief... hitting a pinata that is, not S&M xx
psybbo, I don't think alba will mind, if someone has upset you i'll bash them,
Bernie, of course like Alba's nugs x
