Allergic Rash Because Of Shampoo

My little brother and I are alone at home for a few days. And my little brothers has a rash from a shampoo he obviously is alleric to. In the country we live in it's late evening and he can't sleep because of his rash. He is crying and says it's itchy and painful. How can I help him? It's half past eleven at night, I can't go buy something anymore.

My brother took a shower and I gave him a cool pack and he is watching a movie with me and I hope he will fall asleep while watching it. Yes, I got a number of my parents and I am not a gamer.

Thanks for your advice my little brother is better now. His rash looks better than yesterday and in the evening our parents are coming home again.
