Coming Off Tramadol?

Morning all been taking tramadol 100mg for 5 weeks for sciatica stopped taking them 4 days ago since then had insomnia... sweating ...severe tiredness this must be to do with stopping taking them also I'm diabetic my blood sugars have gone sky high the last 4 days ...has anyone had these symptoms. .how long is all this going to last ...I think a visit to the doctor is needed ..what do you think ?

How is the sciatica? Are you improving?

Not my area of expertise bernie, but 100mgms Tramadol daily for 5 weeks doesn't seem a large dose. Your symptoms might be due to Tramadol withdrawal, but i doubt it.
The main question is to find out why you blood sugars have gone "sky high"and not assume that it us due to Tramadol withdrawal.
I assume that you are a Type 2 diabetic.

Forgot too mention sqad I was taking 4x 100mg a day

it is deffo stress release insulin...happened a lot to dad...get to doc this morning
