Physio Theropy
7 Answers
following on from my other post about falling down the stairs, i've decided to have a physio session. I've found two good deals, but not sure which one to go for. although the wowcher one lasts two hours, it looks like it's more about identifying the problem, whereas the groupon one isn't as long and it's more expensive but it can identify the problems and help me get better. I am leaning more towards this one, but i'm not sure, any advice would be appreciated

The ones i mentioned are both good physios, i've been on their websites and read the reviews
@ woofgang - if you refer to my previous post entitled what massage you will see that scarlet advised me to see a physio. I am now taking her advice, however i am looking at at least £100 to have a consultation, assessment and advice on how to enable faster healing. The two links i included in my question are for genuine physio therapists at a great price, i just wasn't sure what the best option for me would be, hence i posted this question. i accept that both you and bednobs are trying to help and i thank you for that, however due to the nhs waiting lists, it will take weeks until i can see someone, by which time my back will be better.
