Along with the various symptoms of a panic attack you can have, ( such as shortness of breath, palpitations, sweating, feelings of dread, etc.. ) is actual vomiting a symptom? I know nausea is on the list, but violent vomiting? Thanks for any information.

Yes they can , an extension of the nausea but most likely still part of the anxiety cycle - as long as you are certain there is no possible underlying cause for the vomiting?
when I have a panic attack i'm quite often sick when I get the feeling I can't breathe.

Thanks. I had really sharp pains in my stomach over the weekend, which intensified and led me to feeling panicky. After half an hour l was violently sick and was shaking badly afterwards. I thought it was something l ate that disagreed, but a nurse seemed to think it was probably trapped wind followed by a panic attack.
