Usually walk a couple of miles a day - just about to go out now- and actually walked a mile each way to work this morning. I also run 4-5 miles once a week at a reasonable pace. But i know I should do other types of exercises- may be situps or swimming. Since I stopped playing football a year ago I find it more difficult to do repeated interval sprints- in fact I usually stop after a couple.
Sadly, I'm not very active at all.Just a few years ago I used to walk with Max anything up to 10 miles a day, everyday and go swimming a couple of times a week. Now due to ill health I can't walk 25yds without stopping for a rest.

I guess for my age, I'm fairly active. I'm on my feet at work, and move about a lot. The dog gets one to several decent walks and I will often take a
short but brisk walk on my own. On a busy day I do up to 15,000 steps...about 7 miles. I've never been in a gym in my life.
I have a Fitbit. Due to my work some days are spend mainly online and others I’m out delivering to customers so on those days I hit 10k steps easily. The online days is half that
