I'm constantly on the go, having a young baby. Sometimes I don't sit down all day but I largely don't have to worry about what I eat so it's swings and roundabouts.
i'm very active on work days as i walk a mile to work and i'm on my feet all day.According to my fitbit i average 40 miles a week but i sometimes struggle to do 10000 steps on my days off but i just make the extra effort to do it.
Fairly- I have an active job, children, a grandchild, dogs, horses and a house to keep clean. Haven't seen aog's thread, but technology seems to make us do work more rather than less.
I need to get more active! Intended to join Zuma class but last few weeks haven't had the energy due to getting over stomach bug couple weeks ago. Still don't feel right. So frustrating...
Reasonably I think, but not as much as when I had a dog. I volunteer at my local community three mornings a week, and always makes me smile when I walk past my local leisure centre on the way. People paying money with boom box music playing doing their exercise ~ when I get mine free doing a some gardening.
I would say reasonably so, I walk between 5 and 6 miles every day in 2 sessions with the dogs and I train for about 2 hours every other day, so not doing so badly.
Apologies, I couldn't get back to the thread last night, gone 8.00
and a glass of wine later, bed beckoned. I should have asked everyone their ages! Active, I'm active in a busy/ active sense .. not necessarily a keep fit sense, does that make sense? ;0)
I'm 60 this year, out for 4.45am to work for 4 hours cleaning .. back most days to pick my granddaughter up from school and mind till late, so physically active. Interesting reading everyone elses activity, thanks.
