Not sure about testosterone but you can increase your metabolism by eating a balanced diet, drinking plenty of water and exercising. For example doing 30mins aerobic exercise at over 65% MHR (220 - age) will rsie the metabolism above base for at least 2.5 hours.
thanks I have been following a healthy diet, quit smoking and started excercising more but I just look and feel the same and I thought that after a few months there might be a slight difference.
