Just wondering if anyone's used it & what you felt about it? Money well spent or a total waste? Did you develop your abs? I was put off with things like the gel & the pads that never stayed stuck but with the modern ones now I have no excuse.

I used one regularly - at a salon - but if I'm honest, there's not substitute for good old exercise. imho - waste of money I'm afraid : )

Well I bought one from Argos about 4 weeks ago and I can tell the difference in firmness, obviously you don't lose fat, but 2 people at work thought I'd lost weight. My daughter has used it even though she doesn't need to a few times and her waist has reduced, my other half has used it even though it's a ladies and he has noticed a difference and recommended one to his mate who has bought one. I'm getting him the male version for Christmas. The resell on ebay isn't bad, so if you didn't like it you wouldn't be wating too much money.

Oh and I sit on the computer or iron or something with it on, like you say they used to be a faff on, but now they are really quick and easy to use.
