I was diagnosed with a curved spine earlier this year after haing suffered months of pain in my back. I was referred by my doctor to a physiotherapist and she gave me some gentle daily excercises to do. After a week of doing these my back pain improved significantly. The only advice I can give you is always sit up straight and it helps to put a cushion or a rolled up jumper behind your lower back to support it. Gentle daily sit ups help too. The best thing you can do is go and seee a physiotherapist. Hope this has helped you.
