can anybody tell me how to reduce weight fast..and also how flatten the tummy am very worried abt my weight n tummy

If I need to lose a few pounds for a special occasion etc. I find that cutting out bread/pasta/rice etc. really helps, as these all tend to bloat your stomach. Drinking lots of water really helps, as it flushes all the toxins out of your body. Having a large glass of water before eating anything is also good, as you feel fuller. Try and eat quite slowly as well, because it can take some time for the brain to register that the stomach is full, so you may be eating more than you need to. Hope this helps!

There are no fast weight loss methods that are safe for most of us. (Fast meaning in a few weeks). As far as reducing the tummy. Liposuction is about it.
For very short term results that last only a day or so, I have heard that whole body wraps can temporarily make you look thinner( after they're removed, of course)
