if i was to walk for approx 45 minutes every day would this help keep my weight down and is it enough exercise?

Get into the habit and you will soon see the benefit .A brisk walk in the fresh air is a real tonic.

That's about a small roll of bread with butter or a small salad or something like 3/4 of a chocolate flake bar.
