Exercise burning calories
1 Answers
I have done an energy calculation for myself, which obviously tell me how many calories I need to eat a day, based on my age, heigh, sex, physical activity etc etc. It says I should be eating around 2400 (a lots as I exercise virtually everyday) Now when I exercise, I burn calories, so does that mean,l should eat more during the day to replace the calories I have burnt or do I still to the 2400 by energy needs calculation told me?
Thanks
