Lower abs

What excercises can you do for your lower abs. I did crunches for the upper ones and now wud like to know how to get lower ones showing...bit odd i know. Shud i just stick to normal situps?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I was told from a keep fit teacher that if you pull in your pelvic floor muscle (as if you trying to stop yourself peeing)then do sit-up whilst holding pelvic floor muscle that this helps tighten lower stomach muscles. Ive just tried this with and without and sure enough you can feel different muscles being used!!!
