Scab on scar

I have an old chicken pox scar on my temple (on face)
This is about 25+ years old and has never caused me any bother.
I have noticed yesterday that I have a scab on it (not over the full scar)
Mr sunflower thinks I have been scratching it but I havent (unless in my sleep maybe??)
what do you think has caused this?

i have a chicken pox scar on my wrist from about 16 years ago and it pops up every now and again...especially in the summer time.... lol....this has not alot to do with your question but i thought i would just mention it...lol

Probably nothing to worry about, but would suggest you see your GP re. biopsy
