If you are feeling up to it, there is no reason why you cant go swimming....its good for you, but make sure you drink lots to keep your hydration up, as long as you havent got a temperature and you are not feeling achey..go for a few lengths!
Thanks for your answers. That's cool as I want to go and keep hearing different things. Will try a few lengths tomorrow, (and will try to restrain myself coco pops!).
