Hi ,can anyone suggest what i could do to increase my weight and stamina a bit.I dont want to have to eat lots of sweets and heavy carbohydrates .I have a BMI of 10 which i am sure is low.

Some people are natuarley slender, and look lovely for it. If you are worried about your BMI why dont you ask your doctor?

Any BMI under 18 is considered Annorexic, how did you find your BMI out?I'd see a Nutrientionalist and a dietician excuse the spelling. It may also be worth visiting a homeopath but you definitely need to increase your BMI thats seriously unhealthy. Good luck
Is your BMI measured my a set of scales? If so it could be dodgy. Calipers are the best method to find it.
To put on weight, imho, you need to improve the quality of what you eat. Meals with real meat and complex carbs and veg. Oh and pudding. I'd (me) would look at weight training too, but thats just me
