Hi ,can anyone suggest what i could do to increase my weight and stamina a bit.I dont want to have to eat lots of sweets and heavy carbohydrates .I have a BMI of 10 which i am sure is low.
Thankyou cocopops i should see my gp i guess but they seem to have a lot of advise around for people wanting to lose weight but seem to think if you are underweight its a case of stuffing in the carbs.I do eat sensibly but have found my clothes way too big lately.

At 88 pounds is like i said the weight of a 12 year old.
Anyway as all you hear lately are over weight people.
You can buy build me up powders,What i noticed the other month while i was taking vitamins,I couldnt stop eating so i came of them.
