But why? What causes one's bowels to go into overdrive - could it be the cramps and spasms that happen during this time I wonder that help ease things along as it were....lol!
Ooh, it's a nuisance isn't it? as if one thing wasn't enough!
If I remember rightly, a doctor on the radio said that it was because the same hormone that makes your womb contract does the same to your stomach muscles.
Maybe imodium would help if it's too much of a problem - you could ask the pharmacist.

me too! and yes its similar as when your in labour. However it didnt happen when I was in labour!! Its great for loosing a pound or two!!lol
