Hi, I bought a 'pregnancy ball' from an Internet site but there are no instructions for how to use it when pregnant. The only thing I can find is that you can sit on it to help your posture and positioning for labour, but no exercises. I've contacted the company (Little Green Earthlets) about it, but they are ignoring me! Can any pregnant ladies out there recommend some exercises to do? I'm 6 months pregnant. Thanks

That's excellent emx384! Many thanks for your help!
No instructions!!! That worries me!

Make sure its a proper preganancy ball!!!

Some fitness balls have been sold as pregnancy balls because they are cheaper. The problem is that real pregnancy balls will deflate slowly if it bursts whereas the fitness balls can pop like baloons.

This could injure you or the baby

Blimmin hell - that is a worry! The annoying thing is, I could have bought one from the Boots site for 4.49, but chose this one as it was called a 'Pregnancy Ball' for 16.99 plus p&p. Thanks for the warning abranei... I will try to contact the actual manufacturer on that one.
