excersize
well, i've gained 15ish pounds in the last 3 months, and i have the will power to excersize, but i have bad ankles, i had torn them before in cross country. so when i run, it's like my feet are rocks, and you can't get fit doing crunches. i have a bike and i ride about 3 to 5 miles a day, but no results. i have cut out all fast food and junk food, but still, nothing. i just keep gaining. i'm 19, i know i'm still growning, but there is a certain extent when you go from an american size 0 to 4 in a month. i can't join a gym, i'm moving in a month to attend college, where it will just get worse. if you have any great excersize tips, please tell me.
