Do worry about the scales - measure yourself once a month.

If you are exercising you are building muscle which weighs more than fat, so you will be shrinking.
Arrrggghhh - I mean't 'don't worry about the scales'....

i dont use scales and havent for years, so thats no problem
If you are exercising regularly then you also need to look at your diet. Are you eating too much? Or the wrong things? If you use more calories than you take in you will loose weight.
In addition to what asteroid99 says about your diet, you might want to rethink your gym routine. Have a chat with one of the instructors about tailoring your workout for maximum fat-burning potential.
Gina GO FOR A BLOOD TEST urgently It sounds remarkably like Under active thyroid, I have it. I was a ballet dancer and had to give up as I started to resemble a baby elephant! ;-) I swim, work out, haven't touched a carb in 6 months, and cant;' lose weight, I was tested for Underactive thyroid and was diagnosed as such it is VERY COMMON.

NB Insist your Doctor does a t4 and t3 NOT just TSH level test, they'll know what I mean.

Ive always been overweight. Ever since I was a kid, I have always liked food and hated exercising. Staying at home in front of the TV, playing console games, or at the computer always seemed much more fun than going out. Ive never been able to match the other guys in sports because I could not run fast enough, so I used to keep clear of outdoor games.

When I first read about ProShape RX on the Internet I thought Theres no way a pill can curb the feeling of hunger. I was sure that the whole idea was a scam, but it had me thinking. The reason why I had always failed to stick to a diet was the strong feeling of hunger. So I figured that a pill that takes the hunger away could really help me. Later I saw the impressive list of signed testimonials featured on the ProShape RX website and I felt certain that ProShape RX could help me, too. I ordered my first supply of pills and it was a major turning point in my life. I knew that if I defeated my hunger I would really lose weight and I was right.

I have already lost a couple of pounds and Im not going to quit. Ive also started going to the gym and I feel ready to try my hand at socializing. I know that my socializing skills are practically zero, but I might as well start sooner than later. I have a long road before me, but I am committed and sure of myself. I think that overweight people should really consider letting ProShape RX help with the dreaded feeling of hunger. It certainly worked for me.

You need to eat slowly and then you'll eat less, drink loads of water as hunger is often mistaken for being thirsy. Water is a great appetite supressant. Exercise 3 times a week combining cardio with lifting light weights with more repetitions as heavy weight build chunky muscles rather than lean muscle which is what women often want. Get used to leaving food on your plate and knowing when to stop eating.
