Yesterday myself and my fiance had the day off work and we planned to go out but from the moment we woke up we had no energy and were just down all day, dossing about the house. It was that feeling like you've had too much sleep where you ache and you can't quite shake that fuzzy head. What causes days like this? Is it the weather cause it was very dark and gloomy outside. If it is, why do you feel like this as soon as you wake up, before you've even looked outside?

I often feel like that when I go back to sleep after my normal waking up time but just to be on the safe side, have you got a gas boiler and a carbon monoxide detector?
