I spent a week recording everything I ate and drank, split into breakfast, lunch and tea, and wrote down all my exercise, and realised that I was eating stuff I didn�t realise I was eating! I`ve since lost 7lbs in three weeks and its dropping off without effort, I still record al my exercise and do 150 mins a week
Give it a go, and u might see results. I also do rosemary conley too, as the class is fab and hard work (fits all ages, shapes and sizes) and the instructors are great
