Hi,
my sister in law has this syndrome and she has to wear gloves all the time poor lamb.
She has a special cream from the docs, to try to encourage the blood flow.
Hope you can get some more helpful advice on here Jane x
I have this and take Nifederpine which does help - discuss with your GP, it is not suitable for everyone.

Gloves, socks, hand warmers, foot warmers, insulated drinking glasses so I can have cold drinks, oven gloves for the freezer...

Exercise is a big help. Alcohol can aggravate it.

Avoid air conditioning and fans - any breeze will set it off.
