Manuka Honey

I have been reading about Manuka honey, it seems to be a miracle cure for inside and out!! Has anyone on AB tried it please, either for IBS or as a face cream? Sounds great in the adverts - but doesn't everything........Also can you buy it in the UK? Thank you in advance.

I have only used it as a wound care product, and on the correct wound it works wonders.

�9 a jar is not a lot for improving health. Think what you could be spending buying this & that.

I use it in my tea and coffee intead of sugar, you can get it an any health shop.
