anyone had this, ive had it 3 days now and no sign of improving... can anyone suggest anything..its getting me down big time

I had it for 2 weeks and had to resort to writing everything down as I literally couldn't speak at all! In hindsight I should have just made the most of having some peace and quite and took advantage of not being able to talk to anyone. make sure you exercise - NOT STRAIN- your voice.
