as i understand it, diabetes is when your body doesnt produce insulin, and the puropse of insulin the conversion of insulin is to convert glucose to glycogen.

I also understand that when sugar levels below normal glucagon is released which converts glycogen to glucose

I think i may not produce enough glucagon as whenver i eat high sugar foods i get enery for about 10 minutes then absolutly chrash out...i think this may be because there is not glucagon to counter excess insluin.
