Hello,
Since the age of 12 I have had to take an antihistimine tablet before I do any kind of phyisical activity, such as running, gym work or anything where I know I am going to be very active, hot and sweaty. If I dont take this tablet then I struggle to breath, my eyelids swell up to the point where I can hardly see and I get really blotchy. It is a real pain as I run and go to the gym 4 times a week. Does anyone know why this is and what I could do to stop it. Doctors dont know what the problem is, they just say that I am allergic to cats and dogs, which I am, but I get different symptoms. If you can help I would really appreciate it!! Thank you.

Google 'Antihistamines before execise', I just did, and there's quite a bit on there that might prove useful.

Hope that helps a bit.

Thank you, it did help but I was also wondering if anyone else out there suffered the same problem as me as I would like to chat to them about it.
