I have to start going to a gym to build up my strength and bone mass as my bone density is terrible (I'm only in my twenties) due to having had anorexia when I was younger. I'm going to have an induction etc and I am to use the machines that are for strength training. I've never been to a gym before so I am not kitted out for it! What should I wear and what kind of trainers do I need for my feet?
I would stick to shorts and t shirt and get fitness trainers for your feet,you don't need something really expensive but try and stick to the brand name footwear as it is generally better made.
