Buzzing in head
6 Answers
For the last 4-5 weeks i have been getting a kind of buzzing noise in my head. Its like an electric generator noise. It surges for a few seconds, and seems to happen just before i go to sleep. I thought it would just go away, but its not :(
Anyone know what it could be?

I dont really know who my doc is as i cant remember the ever going. Besides, its not my thing. they tend to start finding other things wrong with you. And i hate needles...
I thought someone on here might have had something similar and know what to do to get rid of it.

syringing your ears does not even involve needles, its just a plastic jobby! Also the nurse once told me you should never put anyting in your ears- including cotton buds. It could be the cotton buds causing the prob! Honestly if you want it to go away the only surefire way is to see the doc. It really isnt as big a deal to go as you're making out!
Hi I think it is tinnitus. I get it also, it is really annoying, i have never been the docs with it as an adult but as a child i remember having my ears shrynged its not really painful.
It tends to happen when everywhere is quite like at bedtime, i have found a way to get rid of it, but it may annoy anyone who is in the room with you, but if your like me you will agree theres nothing more annoying than a ringing in your ear/head. so try this: Humm yes i said humm LOL ( a continuous humm out loud louder than the ringing for a couple of seconds and if it has not gone try doing it for longer, it works for me, i hope it works for you to! let me know
