Am I taking too many supplements?

I am taking Garlic 1000mg; Echinacea 400mg; Multibionta probiatic multivitamin; Cod liver oil; Starflower oil; as well as Omega 3,6,9. Am I actually getting any benefit or is my body not coping with having to digest them all? Would it be better if I take them throughout the day, rather then taking them all in one go? I am going to go to the doctors next week, but I wondered if anyone on here had any ideas.
