"in" your skin? could be milia (melia?). you can prick them with a sterile, very fine needle and see if it escapes but I think it's probably best dealt with at a beauty salon.
These white spots are they hard ? not like white heads ? i think i know what u have as my mum friend has these and hers is caused by milk/calcium too much in ure body and this is the only way the body can get rid of it u can do what the other person said about a needle but that tends to leave red blood spots or just wait till they surface the skin and then pop them and give a mighty hard squeeze or go see ure gp as there is cream u can get to help them go away hope this helps !
Could also be a sign of hyperlipidaemia - raised cholesterol. Sometimes presents as small white spots on face - typically around the eyes and mouth?
i get these! to get rid i steam my face, then gently prick the skin witha sterile needle, lastly get two cotton buds and gently roll them from side to side on either side of the spot. This gentle motion is suposed to gently release the little hardened pip, but sometimes if there quite stuborn the pip wont come out, but does just fall out 2 to 3 days later. !!
the pip is sebum ( a build up of oil) the beautician said i got them because i didnt cleanse tone and moiturise, BUT been doing that for the last 2 years and i still get them, so her theory is wrong. I truly believe that milia are genetic!!
I have no idea what type of spots you have as you didnt give any specific details.
Maybe these skin care videos can help you in some way:
