My pal was on them for a broken leg......couldn't chew them so crumbled them and drank them with milk (which also has calcium).

Pal is walking again after 6weeks.
Try elactiva tablets...they are like chewy caramels...not the usual chalky stuff,I got them in Holland & Barrett....Boots also sells them
yes, I've heard those are good, but if you eat and drink plenty of calcium-rich stuff, your deficiency should improve without them.
will get fat tho...lol ok for you skinnys!!
But! but!!!! Speechless now!!!! Excuse her homerbart!!!!
tesco do some swallowable size ones - you just need to make sure that they have the same amount of calcium in them you hhave been prescribed

that has me worried - do you get fat with calcium as I am fat enough.
You should also try and take Vitamin D and Magnesium as these are needed for calcium to work properly in the body. No Calcium will not make you fat, tho' too many calcium rich foods can - cheese, full fat milk (skimmed and semi skimmed contain the same amount of Calcium) Almonds are also a good source, if you like them.
