Be very careful. I knew of someone who caught brucellosis from drinking unpasteurised milk.
Further to grasscarp's answer.
I stayed near a farm and had unpasteurised milk,BUT it was from a BRUCELLOSIS ACCREDITED herd.
I can't see you getting this on the net however?
PS:~
Most accredited farmers WILL sell you unpasteurised milk, but only at the farm gate or outside the milking shed all ;their milk then goes off to be pasteurised.
Unpasteurised milk is avaiable via your milkman, or it certainly used to be. Back in the days when I delivered the stuff we knew it as Kedassia or green top - basically unpasteurised milk blessed by the local Rabbi and delivered to the few customers in my area who were strict orthodox (it got more popular around the time of Passover as the less strict members of the faith became more kosher at that time).

Have a look for kosher shops in your area and you may find it there, or ask your milkman about it. And if that doesn't work, try asking at farmer's markets as it's sometimes available that way
