how do i know if i have water retention ??? if i dont go to the toliet my belly never seems to be going down !!!
If you have water retention your legs will be grossly swollen.

A quick test for mild water retention is to press the skin on your lower leg near the ankle lightly.

If your finger leaves an indent that takes a while to disappear there is a chance you have water retention. Your skin will appear spongy.

This is a good picture of typical water retention:

theres a powder that you mix with water and have it with fatty meals and it binds to ''ALL'' the fat and you dont asborb ''NONE!'' they sell it at holland and barret, also bodybuilders thermogenic tablets up your metabolism,if your low on cash eat a grapfruit morning and night, plus loads of oily fish, canned sardines, pilchards ect and watch those pounds come floating off!
As cazzz says, lanj, taking water tablets'd only be a temporary measure. Try nibbling on thinly sliced carrot batons, mixed with cucumber and diced onions. It's not just fatty food which makes you gain weight, but sugary things as well. Best to have a check-up at the doctor's, to make sure that you haven't a certain food intolerance or another sort of problem, but if you're generally heavier than you'd like to be, only diet and exercise'll shift the tummy. Best of luck.
