Meat, fruit and veg = weight loss??

I was wondering, if i ate meat, fruit and veg and only drank water would it make me loose weight. Also, is this a healthy way of eating?

If you're taking in less calories than you use in a day then yes.

It all depends on amount, calories, how things are cooked etc... and probably the different to your current diet.

If you steam or grill meat and have fresh steamed veg and don't have massive portions and eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full then probably yes.
