It's very old fashioned and tastes foul but my family always swore by kaolin and morphine from the chemist (thick pink liquid in a brown bottle). Possibly not called that any more but there will definitely be something like it

Immodium do a tablet that melts on your tongue, which seems to work.

collis brown medicine i swear by it.dont use it too much though.helps me.tablet form also
