Insomnia wrist band

Last week I read a www site where you could obtain a insomnia band from jonny?? Please can anyone help have been on sleeping tablets for a few months am willing to try anything that might get me off of these. Have serious family problems that wont go away at the moment so all stressed up. Thanks

I suffer from insomnia & bouts of anxiety. I doubt a wrist band would work, maybe if it was psychosomatic you may have some joy but do you reckon?

After 10 years of suffering myself, i would suggest that you try you hardest to sort the family problem mate out or you'll never get to sleep, who knows.....that could be the cause of the insomia.

The band works in the same way as acupressure. I KNOW that the one for travel sickness works.
