HELP horrible sore lip!!

Its 4 days til christmas and I've woken up yesterday with a sore lip, its swollen and looks like its been burned. Its not a cold sore, I never get them, but I have had this before (when I'm stressed) but not on this scale! I usually put a little germolene and vaseline on it, but this isn't helping! I look like I've been punched in the mouth with a hot poker lol just in time for xmas, please help!

Sounds just like a cold sore to me.

Sorry but sounds like a coldsore to me....
I should know I suffer with them. Go get some Zoviarax and apply regularly.
Coldsores appear when stressed and feeling run down :-(

Thanks I'll try it, was going to try blisteze but if its a cold sore I'll try the zovirax :)
