No it is not and I doubt whether or not it would mix with water.
Hydrogen Peroxide drops (liquid) is excellent for removing wax, the cream is a SKIN antiseptic.

Just buy some Otex ear drops from the chemist or see your practice nurse,don't put anything into your ear canal without knowing for sure what it will do!!!
