Its not easy for me to express how i feel, btu over time its getting harder and harder and worse and worse, so i just think i need to know if anyone can explain whats making me like i am ?!?!
For about 2 years I've never been really that happy, but have hidden it because i wasnt sure how people woould react and i ddint want to worry anyone, but its just killing me.
I feel alone, sooo sad ! sometimes very mad but i always have the urge to cry, i never do though. because i dont know why i have this urge to or whats making me like this ?! why am i sooo miserable ?!!!!
somtimes i feel like i can't take it anymore, i once almost committed suicide but i couldnt hurt my family like that ! They havnt done anything wrong. Though i didnt have the best childhood and i grew up fast.
i get this feeling inside thats a bit like a pain when i think about being alone or telling someone.
Everything i do always feels like a mission, and i hate getting up in the moring. ??
help, please tel me why im like this ?!?! please !!!

Don't keep it to yourself. Tell your doctor.

Sounds like depression, all you have to do is tell your GP what you've told us here and he won't think for a second that your making a scene, he/she will know exactly how to help you turn things round either with medication and/or counsuling, but if you really want to start to make things better then you must speak to your GP...
bronnie - if you feel silly telling your GP all this write it down much as you have written here and give that to him. Some people find getting a problem across quite difficult. Depression is not always caused by external factors - many people who are clinically depressed would say they have nothing to be depressed about. This can be sorted so go and see your GP and good luck

Sounds very much like depression, it's very common especially at this time of the year, yet only a small percentage will address the problem. There doesn't need to be a specific reason, life can be depressing and some people may be more prone to it than others.
Do see your GP. as he/she will be able to help and won't think you are making a fuss. I would be reluctant to take anti-depressants (Prozac etc.) at this stage, see if they can refer you to a counsellor (it doesn't mean you are mad!) or a decent accupuncturist (which I found helpful). Either way you will be one step toward getting better having spoken with a health professional.
I have found that the simple things make a big difference; Exercise, fresh air, healthy eating and cutting back on booze, fags etc. I'm not always particularly good on all of the above but notice a big difference when I am being good.
If you can, print out this thread and take it to your GP. If not, tell him everything you said in your original post. And do it tomorrow. You can manage your depression (which is what it sounds like although I am not a health professional) but like everything, ignoring it will not make it go away.
Good luck and keep us posted.
