My own darling (?) is 4, and still temper tantrums. Even last night threw a massive wobbler and screamed at me "well im slamming my door then"....and she did! I was torn between peeing myself laughing, going balistic or just ignoring it. I chose the latter, well actually I chose to come downstairs, tell the hubby and we both peed ourselves laughing!
What I'm trying to say is that they all behave this way, they're testing the boundaries, and he will settle down eventually. Just tell him his behaviour is not acceptable then ignore till his temper improves.
(at least that's what im telling myself anyway!)
