I will soon be having a tooth extracted because the cavity is so large. If there is such a large cavity, could that affect how I am feeling. I have no energy, ache all over, tiredness,

I will be going to a dental surgeon.

a large cavity does not in itself make you feel like this. However, you may have an infection in it, or an infection may have entered your body through it and that could make you feel crappy
