the inside of my thighs have felt brused for about aweek iv just felt them as they are gettin worse and on both sides where it hurts is all lumpy and i can move the lumps about with my hand is this normal?

Hi. "inside of your thighs" Do you mean a) in your groins or b) inside of your thighs between your hips and knees?

If a) then they are almost certainly lymph glands, nothing to worry about, but need checking with your GP
If b) probably "knots" of varicose veins.
