Thyroidectomy, is it inevitable a patient becomes underactive or a risk? Also, in the 70s, was there any alternative to that procedure? Thankyou x

Robinia.......yes she did, although I am not sure that she ignored it as you say, but Ethel's criticism were at 6-12monthly intervals.....mine are now coming almost weekly..............and you know that.

I wish you'd take it for what it was meant to be a post about singling out and other posters doing it (yer you sach, naughty lol) vibra took no offence and all the others who got mentioned in the post. Yes but I would and in this post you mentioned my post of yesterday I dont want you to mention it in every post thats aimed at you as if you cant answer coz you can. I was assuming that 4get used sqad as an example? thats how I read her post,to name another few examples the FAOs of AC the troll or Chuck, it matters not one jot who the FAO is to, it was just the observation that some of the FAO'd questions can be answered by anyone and the title tends to alienate other contributors.

as I read it sqad,I didnt think 4get was having a go, she was using your name as an example, she could have easily used AC the trolls, maybe its because you are more well known in CB. certainly not worth accusing folk of having a vendetta against you

I have a couple of things I would like to ask Sqad (medical this time) but am nervous to do so but I have asked him before and he kind of knows the history so to speak. I would not have any objection to other opinions as well however.

LOL yes. Am not bad at all - the pain is still there but my energy levels are much higher - if that makes any sense. It is getting colder in the evenings though. Whereabouts are you - i dont think I ever found out?

Yes I know what you mean about energy peri, pain you get used to (to a point) but not feeling as though you have low grade flu all the time is a real bonus. I'm nr Derby...it's been very wet this summer :o(
