Wanting to loose a bit of weight before i go on holiday... i currently got to the gym 2 times a week, with an extra 4 hours of sport a week....
i need some advice on diet pillss....... do they actaully work...... will they help me ........ are they dangerous....... how much are they...... what do they actaully do to my body....... where can i buy them ????
I agree with CARABINT and ellette. Although if you take chromium or cinnamon whilst dieting (and exercising) this can help. Chronium also prevents you from getting hungry which may prevent you from snacking between meals.
I know people get very judgmental when it comes to slimming pills, but I used Alli, and as long as you don't eat loads of fatty stuff there is no problem. I lost over a stone (which was all I wanted to lose) and I got them a lot cheaper from mistry's pharmacy on Amazon.
Please don't take any pills it is not good they give you heart palpitations, they do work but as soon as you come off them you just put the weight back on. I have recently lost two stone through weight watchers and it is the best thing I have ever been on. You just have to eat within your points and the weight falls off. I just wanted to be healthy and tone up and I feel much better.
They are dangerous so don't even try them trust me!!!!
I just did a bit of online research on this...and the only pills that are natural and with no harmful side effects are Zotrim. They were mentioned in a BBC program on the dieting industry.
Old-style pills would have had a fair amount of caffeine and even amphetamines to speed up the metabolism......you don't want to go there!
